Crispy Masala Rumali Roti
Ingredients to Keep Ready:
- 1 cup wheat flour
- 1/2 cup All purpose flour (Maida)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoon ghee
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon chat masala
First in a big bowl mix the wheat flour and Maida.
Add salt, add melted ghee, 1/4 teaspoon salt and mix well.
Now add water (as required) and make a soft dough like roti dough.
Rest the dough for 15 minutes.
Then take a small ball from the dough and make a thin circle shape roti with dry flour. (or what even shape it comes 😉)
Now take a big kadai.
Heat it & apply some ghee / butter on the kadai.
Then put the roti on it which you made.
Cook on one side for about 1 minute and flip the roti.
Now with the help of small napkin / tissue paper press the roti and cook.
Cook until it’s become brown and crispy.
Your Cripsy/ Karari roti ready.
Now in a bowl add the melted butter, add red chilli powder and chat masala mix it very well.
Spread this masala mixture on the Crispy / Karari roti with the help of Pastry brush / cooking brush.
Masala Rumali roti is ready to serve & eat.
