Easy Crispy Corn Chaat

 A simple spicy and healthy Sweet corn chaat recipe.


  • 2 tbsp Tomato (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Green chili (finely chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Coriander (finely chopped)
  • 1 tsp Black salt
  • 1 tsp Chaat masala
  • 1/4 tsp Red chili
  • 2 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2litre Water
  • 200gms Sweetcorn
  • 20gms Cornflour
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4tsp Red chili powder
  • 1/2tsp Black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1/2tsp Garam masala
  • 25gms Rice flour
  • 2tbsp Water
  • Oil for frying
  • 40gms Onions (finely chopped)

Preparation Method:

Heat 1/2litre water in a pot, add sweetcorn and stir well.

Bring it to a boil.

Boil the it for 10 minutes on medium flame.


Remove it from flame and drain all the water from the it.

Drain the water

Transfer the it into a mixing bowl, add cornflour, salt, red chili, black pepper, cumin powder, garam masala, rice flour and mix all the ingredients very well.

Add 1tbsp water and mix it again.

Heat sufficient oil in a deep kadai and deep fry these until dark brown and crispy.

Transfer the fried mixture into a mixing bowl, add finely chopped onions, add finely chopped tomatoes, add finely chopped green chillies, add chopped coriander, black salt, chaat masala, red chili powder, lemon juice and mix all the ingredients well.

Serve the crispy chaat quickly.
