Healthy but Spicy Masala Makhana 🤩 (Fox nuts) in 15 minutes.September 14, 2020
Spicy Masala Makhana (Fox nuts) , it is Mom’s Magic for kids. 😋😘
- 100gms fox nuts
- 2tbsp Ghee for roasting
- 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder or as required
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala
In a kadai add ghee.
Then add the fox nuts and roast it for about 10-15 minutes in it on low flame.
In the Same Kadai add the add roasted makhana’s (fox nuts) on the medium flame.
Then add red chilli powder, add salt as per your taste and add garam masala powder (can use any brand garam masala, I have used Everest)
Mix all the ingredients properly so that the masalas stick to the Fox nuts
Then switch off the flame.
Your Spicy Masala Makhana (fox nuts) are ready to eat.
You/ kids can have the same with evening time snacks or anytime when you / kids are hungry.
