Spicy Masala Makhana (Fox nuts) , it is Mom’s Magic for kids. πŸ˜‹πŸ˜˜

Spicy Masala Makhana


  • 100gms fox nuts
  • 2tbsp Ghee for roasting
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder or as required
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala

Preparation Method:

In a kadai add ghee.

Then add the fox nuts and roast it for about 10-15 minutes in it on low flame.

In the Same Kadai add the add roasted makhana’s (fox nuts) on the medium flame.

Then add red chilli powder, add salt as per your taste and add garam masala powder (can use any brand garam masala, I have used Everest)

Spicy Masala Makhana

Mix all the ingredients properly so that the masalas stick to the Fox nuts

Then switch off the flame.

Your Spicy Masala Makhana (fox nuts) are ready to eat.

You/ kids can have the same with evening time snacks or anytime when you / kids are hungry.
