Incredible Kurkuri Bhindi Fry in 15 minutes.

Kurkuri Bhindi Fry

Ingredients to keep ready:

  • Fresh Bhindi (Ladies Finger)
  • 2 tablespoon Besan (GRAM FLOUR)
  • 1 tablespoon corn flour
  • 1 tablespoon rice flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Kashmiri Red Chili Powder
  • Salt per taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Amchur powder / chaat masala
  • Chat masala & Red Chili powder
  • Oil

Preparation Method:

In a mixing bowl take Bhindi (ladies finger) and slit it vertically into 4 pieces

Add besan (GRAM FLOUR) in it

Add corn Flour

Add Rice Flour

Gently mix it

Add turmeric powder

Add Kashmiri Red Chili powder

Add salt per taste

Add Amchur powder / chaat masala

Gently mix it

Heat up oil in a frying pan

Take bhindi with hands, and deep fry it in batches

Don’t fry everything together otherwise, it won’t come out crispy

Fry for about 7-10 minutes

When you take the Kurkuri bindi out of the oil, it will be a little soft first and as it cool down, it will become crispy.

When Kurkuri bhindi is hot, at that time you can sprinkle some Chaat Masala and little Red Chili powder on top of it

Serve it with your favourtie chutney or tomato ketchup.
