Simple & Fresh Raw Mangoes Jaljeera – it Serves 2!

Raw Mango

Raw mangoes are filled with nutrients and vitamins


  • 1tsp Roasted Cumin powder
  • Some Ice cubes
  • 200gms Raw mangoes
  • 2tbsp Mint leaves
  • Some Freshly chopped Coriander leaves
  • 1 Green chili
  • 100gms Sugar
  • 1/2tsp Black salt
  • 1/2tsp Salt
  • Cold water 2 glass
  • Mint & Lemon sliced to garnish

Preparation Method of Jaljeera:

To roast cumin seeds : Take a pan, add cumin seeds and dry roast for 3 minutes on medium flame or until you can smell the aroma of the cumin seeds.

Remove it from flame and keep aside.

In a blender, add raw mangoes, add mint leaves, add freshly chopped coriander leaves, add green chili, add sugar, add black salt, add salt, add 2 glass cold water and blend it well.

Take a 2 serving glass and add some ice cubes in the glass.

Pour the jaljeera into the glass.

Garnish with lemon slice & mint leaves.

Serve it chill.
