Super 😍 Crispy Chicken 65 !!

Ingredients required for Chicken 65πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹:

  • 500 gms Boneless Chicken
  • 1tsp Salt
  • 1tsp Red chili powder
  • 1tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1tsp Coriander powder
  • 1tsp Garam masala powder
  • 1tsp Cumin powder
  • 1tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1tbsp Corn flour
  • 2tbsp All purpose flour (Maida)
  • 2 Egg
  • Oil
  • Lemon juice
  • 1tsp Finely chopped Garlic
  • 10 Curry leaves
  • 3 Finely chopped Green chilies
  • Freshly chopped coriander leaves

Preparation Method:

In a big bowl, add boneless chicken, salt, red chili, turmeric, coriander powder, garam masala, cumin powder, ginger garlic paste, corn flour, all purpose flour (Maida), lemon juice, egg and mix it very well.

Marination Process.

Marinate the boneless chicken for minimum 1 hour.

Heat sufficient oil in a big kadai and deep fry these until it turns golden brown and crispy.

Deep Fry in Kadai.

Drain it on an absorbent / tissue paper and keep it aside.

Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan, add finely chopped garlic and stir it very well.

Add curry leaves, finely chopped green chilies and stir for 3 minutes.

After that add the fried boneless chicken and mix it well.

Cook for 8 minutes on medium flame.

Remove it from flame.

Garnish Chicken 65 with freshly chopped coriander leaves.

Serve it hot.
