Super Tasty Green Beans Masala. (serves 3)

Ingredients to keep ready:

Green Beans
  • 1/2tsp Red chili powder
  • 1/4tsp Turmeric
  • 1tsp Coriander powder
  • 6 Curry leaves
  • 1/2tsp Cumin powder
  • 1/2tsp Garam masala
  • 350gms Chopped green beans (boiled)
  • 2tbsp Mint leaves
  • Fresh Coriander leaves
  • 1 Chopped Onions
  • 1/2tsp Sesame seeds (till)
  • 1tbsp Shredded coconut
  • 1/2tsp Fennel seeds (saunf)
  • 1tbsp Jaggery (gud)
  • 2tbsp Lemon juice
  • Water as required
  • Oil
  • Salt as per taste

Preparation Method:

In a blender, add mint leaves, add some fresh coriander, 1 chopped onions, sesame seeds, 1/2 tsp coriander powder, add Shredded coconut, add fennel seeds, add red chili, add jaggery, add lemon juice, add some water and blend it into a puree.

Heat a pan add 2tbsp oil in it, add curry leaves, add the blended mixture and mix it well.

Add salt as per taste, add red chili powder, add turmeric powder, add 1/2 tsp coriander powder again, add cumin powder, add garam masala and mix it well.

Now, add the boiled green beans and mix it well.

Cook for 10 minutes on medium flame.

Garnish with some coriander leaves.

Serve it hot.
