Ingredients to Keep ready:

  • 1 cup Cashew
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 75gmsMilk powder
  • 1 tablespoon Ghee
  • Edible Red Colour
  • Edible Green Colour
  • 1/2 tablespoon Black Sesame Seeds
  • Ghee as needed

Preparation Method:

Take cashews in a blender and grind it into powder. (Don’t over run the blender).

Heat a heavy bottom pan on medium flame.

Add ghee, add milk and make to boil.

Once boiled Add cashew powder in a slow flame and mix /stir properly.

Now, Add milk powder and mix very well.

Add sugar powder / icing sugar and mix properly (continuously for about 5-7 minutes until the mixture starts leaving the ghee from sides).

Now remove the mixture in a plate and let it cool down.

Watermelon Mithai

Divide it into three balls in a different plates.

Dye one ball in red colour and sprinkle some roasted sesame seeds on it.

Dye another ball with green colour.

And keep one ball as white only.

Take red ball, roll it into a smooth ball. Place it in flattened green colour and seal the edges.

Now place it in white and roll it smooth.

Set aside for 5 mins .

Cut into quarters.
