Tasty & Easy Chilli Chicken
Ingredients to Keep ready:
- 500grams Boneless chicken pieces
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 Egg
- 1tablespoon Oil
- 4 teaspoon Soy sauce
- 4 tablespoon Corn flour
- 2 tablespoon Maida
- 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
- Oil for frying
- 2 tablespoon Finely chopped ginger and garlic
- Finely Chopped 3 green chillies
- 1 Chopped onion .
- 1 Chopped capsicum
- 1 teaspoon Vinegar
- 2 teaspoon Chilli sauce
- 3 tablespoon Tomato ketchup
- 1/4 cup Corn flour slurry
- Chopped spring onion greens & Sliced spring onion whites
In a bowl, take the chicken pieces, add salt, add pepper, add egg, add soy sauce, add cornflour, add maida, add ginger garlic paste and mix it well.
Let it rest for 30 minutes.
After that, heat some oil in a deep kadai for frying, gently drop the marinated chicken pieces into the hot oil.
Deep fry them for 5 minutes and take them out when they turn golden brown in colour.
Heat a pan with some oil, add chopped ginger, add chopped garlic, add chopped green chillies, add chopped onions, add chopped capsicum and stir fry them for 3-4 minutes.
Add vinegar, add soy sauce, add chilli sauce, add tomato ketchup and mix everything very well.
Add cornflour slurry (1 tablespoon of cornstarch in a small bowl. Add an equal amount of cold liquid and stir until smooth paste forms. This is your slurry) and mix it again.
Add the fried chicken pieces and mix it again.
Add chopped spring onion whites and greens and mix it well.
Serve the chilli chicken hot.
